Short version

By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages related to inquiries, appointments, and service updates from Grow Legal AI. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent isn’t required to purchase.

Program description

We use text messaging to:

    • confirm or reschedule appointments and demos,

    • follow up on website inquiries or missed calls,

    • send service notices or account updates, and

    • (only if you separately opt in) occasional marketing messages.

Messages are sent from our business numbers (10DLC long codes) or equivalent messaging services.

Opt-in methods

You may opt in by:

    • submitting your number through our website forms or chat,

    • booking a meeting and providing a mobile number,

    • texting us first, or

    • requesting SMS updates by email/phone.
      By opting in, you confirm you are the subscriber or customary user of the number.

Opt-out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. We’ll confirm your opt-out by text. You can re-enroll later by texting us again or opting in on our site.

Message frequency & timing

Message frequency varies based on your interactions (e.g., new inquiry, appointment reminders, follow-ups). We send messages during reasonable hours based on your local time.

Costs & carriers

Msg & data rates may apply. Delivery is subject to your carrier network. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent not a condition

Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Eligibility & responsibilities

You must be 18+ (or the age of majority in your state). If you change or relinquish your number, you agree to opt out of the old number and let us know so we can update our records.

Data we collect via SMS

When you interact with our texts, we may collect your phone number, message content, timestamps, and delivery information to operate the program and maintain records.

Privacy

Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information.

Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. We’ll post the updated date above and, when material, notify you by reasonable means.
